Shipping policy
• UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. Please allow up to 3 days for dispatch, with possible delays during busy periods.
• International Orders: Shipped via DHL or Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. A signature may be required. Unclaimed parcels may be returned or incur additional charges.
Important Information
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or customs issues. We are not responsible for such delays and do not issue refunds for them.
• Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable fees. If duties are unpaid and the parcel is returned or destroyed, shipping costs will be deducted from any refund. No refund is given if return costs exceed the item value.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot issue refunds for orders lost due to incorrect details.
• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once processed or dispatched. Please email us immediately if you need to cancel.
• Lost Parcels: Royal Mail requires 10 working days before a claim can be made. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after a claim is processed, which may take up to 30 days.
