Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we are unable to process a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused for health and safety reasons, as our oil is typically applied directly by hand.

If your bottle remains unopened and you wish to return it, please note that return shipping costs are not covered. We strongly recommend using a tracked postage service to ensure safe delivery back to us.
